Shipping policy

This policy explains how Deal Kart (“we”) ships orders placed on DealKart.

Where we deliver

We ship within India through courier partners of our choice.

When your order ships

We start processing an order only after your payment has been verified by our payment partner. Once it ships, your order page shows the courier and tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the courier and your location and are not guaranteed. Weather, regional restrictions, public holidays and courier operations can cause delays.

Delivery options and charges

At checkout you choose Normal or Rapid delivery and see its expected delivery time. Any delivery charge is included in the total shown at checkout before you pay.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver after their delivery attempts (for example, the address can't be found or nobody is available), the parcel may be returned to us. We'll contact you about re-shipping or cancelling and refunding the order.
