Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from your order page until it is handed to the courier. Once it has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders

For a cancelled prepaid order, we initiate a refund of the amount paid to your original payment method. The time taken for the money to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a payment cannot be verified. If you were charged, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
